About the Event

This 60-minute psychoeducational experience is designed to help participants gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the factors that impact their psychological health and professional well-being. This non-clinical event is led by licenced Australian psychologist Andrea (Andy) Solange Sarmonikas, who will be drawing on evidence-based research to provide participants with practical and actionable strategies for promoting mental health, personal growth and increasing their quality of life.

During the event, participants will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities and exercises that are designed to help them better understand their personality and develop the skills necessary for improving their human experience.

This experience will cover a range of topics, including cognitive and behavioural principles, the science of personality, self-care and the evidence-based role that gratitude and mindfulness play in helping humans regulate uncomfortable emotions and modern-day stress.

Whether you're seeking to improve your psychological health or simply want to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, this psychological health talk is the perfect opportunity to do so. Join Andy Solange for a mind-changing experience and take this next step on your journey to becoming and enjoying the best, most integrated version of yourself!
