INITIAL CONSULTATION FEE IS $330.40 (75-MINS)

Initial appointments run for 75 minutes and cost $330.40
Subsequent sessions run for 50 minutes and cost $267.50
Group interventions are billed at $94.50 per 50-minute session
Ultivate's 10-week group programs are billed at $945 per participant
Initial consultations include a thorough biopsychosocial assessment that provides important information to help your clinician create the most suitable program for your psychological health needs. The initial phase of your program includes:

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
Clinical Programs
How many sessions are necessary depends on the complexity of the presenting issue/s. However, a clear outlook of foreseeable outcomes has been developed between the fourth and sixth sessions. Therefore, your sixth appointment includes a review of therapeutic needs and outcomes. At this point, your psychologist can help you determine whether you are ready to move into the next phase of life without regular clinical sessions. Around this time, clients have begun to notice their improvements. They can feel comfortable ending treatment, or if they would like to work further on symptom reduction, they may decide to move to fortnightly interventions or monthly check-ins. However, most clients are ready to finish the treatment by their tenth appointment. Of course, a percentage of individuals still stay on board with a more longitudinal approach and attend a group program.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
Your first appointment is a 75-minute biopsychosocial assessment conducted by a registered Australian Psychologist. Individual sessions can be held in person, online or in the privacy of a work office.
IMPORTANT
1. All following appointments run for 50-minutes and are billed at $267.50.
2. Ultivate's In-Home Service incurs additional fees.
4. Consultations to enhance workspace psychological health and performance are negotiated based on the package required by the organisation.

GROUP SESSION
Ultivate's group sessions are 60-minutes long and are led by an AHPRA registered Australian Psychologist.
- Clinical-group programs can attract up to 10 Medicare Rebates in Australia and require GP Mental Health Care Referal and individual assessment prior to engagement.
- Workspace Group Programs are billed as per enterprise agreements.
- Community Group Programs are offered without cost multiple times throughout the year.
