Service Description
If you feel uncertain about booking your first online consultation, you can request this free 15-minute telephone appointment. This way, you can learn about Ultivate psychological programs without the pressure of committing. This call-back service is a positive opportunity to learn about your own mental health and determine if Ultivate is right for you or your team. A psychologist will make the call, and Ultivate will cover the cost of this telephone service. IMPORTANT This service is time-sensitive, meaning additional minutes will be billed according to the standard rate. Ultivate does not provide emergency services. For immediate mental health support, call Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636, 24 hours/7 days a week. For life-threatening situations, always call 000.
Cancellation Policy
Ultivate programs implement a strict cancellation policy: cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will be charged the full fee of the program. As spaces are limited, your advanced notice will allow another client access to Ultivate programs. Your cancellation fees may be applied to future services in an unavoidable emergency. To cancel a confirmed enrolment, Ultivate requires that you e-mail info@ultivate.space in advance. Changes made 14 days before your reservation do not incur any penalties, and you receive a full refund.
