Ultivate's free community events form part of an ongoing non-clinical psychosocial wellness initiative.
Each year, Ultivate offers a series of no-cost online and in-person programs tailored to develop psychological health and introduce preventative models to manage stress, promote mental health
and enhance human personal, social and intellectual performance.

LOGISTICS
Ultivate is a developing allied health initiative created to participate in the cultivation of modern psychological health. These online and in-person events are tailored for the community to learn about preventative models that promote psychological health.
Participants invited to attend these introductory modules include community members such as professionals, educators, health practitioners, academics, students, disability support workers/cares, employment specialists, business owners, organisational leaders, administrators, and operational managers from the private, nonprofit, and government sectors.

To enrol, you must be aged 17 and over and not be currently enrolled to attend any other Ultivate program

Ultivate has a strict cancellation policy: as spots are limited, your advanced notice will allow another client to access the program.

Modules run for approximately 60 - 90 minutes

For emotionally dysregulated responses or intrusive negative thoughts, call Blue Knot. They support adult survivors of trauma and abuse, parents, partners, family and friends, as well as the professionals who work with them. You can call the Blue Knot Helpline and Redress Support Service on 1300 657 380. This service operates from 9 am-5 pm AEST/AEDT 7 days a week, including public holidays. You can also email helpline@blueknot.org.au
Finally, in Queensland, a 24-hour mental health access line service exists as the main point of access to public mental health services. It can provide support, information, and advice in a mental health emergency or crisis. It is staffed by trained and experienced professional mental health clinicians who will provide a mental health triage and refer to acute care teams where appropriate.
